Refund/Exchange will be considered based on the following criteria:
Any item for return must be accompanied by original receipt.
Credit, debit and check purchases will be refunded with store credit.
Defective hay or feed will be considered if there is excessive dirt, mold or incorrect fill. No refunds due to palatability.
*Special orders are not refundable.
*Hay or feed must be returned within 7 days, full bales/bags only. Customer is responsible to return to the store.
*Non-consumable items 14 days to return, must have original packaging, be clean and unused for full refund or credit.
*Medicine, frozen or refrigerated items are not refundable, unless packaging is defective.
